My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was convenient, near the beach and shops, but the rooms were not up to par and had some issues. The service was friendly for the most part, but there were some rude encounters. The dining options were decent, with a variety of foods available, but a bit pricey. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were modern, clean, and had all the features we needed, including a very comfortable bed, strong water pressure in the shower, and an awesome balcony. The views of the mountain and golf course were pleasant, but the food pricing was high, and the resort fees felt excessive. The service was exceptional, with top-notch staff going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The location was ideal near the beach and restaurants, though some amenities were costly. Dining options were good but slightly expensive. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service but with some pricey extras.
The hotel offers splendid views of the mountain and golf course for non-beach/ocean view rooms, despite some outdated and moldy-smelling aspects. The service exceeds expectations in addressing any construction inconveniences, including complimentary offerings. The central location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, overshadowing ongoing property construction. While the outdoor dining selection is pleasing, prices might not suit light eaters. Overall, the facilities are accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.
